A conversation begins when a visitor sends their first message to your chatbot. It also includes every block of 20 messages within the same chat session—so if a visitor sends 21 messages, that counts as 2 conversations. If a visitor clicks the button to start a new chat (clearing their history) and sends a message, that also starts a new conversation.

If you run out of conversations, your chatbot will go offline. You can always upgrade to a higher plan for more included conversations. On Pro, Elite, and Enterprise plans, you can also enable auto top-up which automatically purchases conversations when your balance gets low (checked every 30 minutes), or manually purchase additional conversations at any time.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new plan's features.
Monthly included conversations reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, any additional conversations—whether manually purchased or added via auto top-up—never expire and remain in your account until used.
