Why we built Leadhawk
We started Leadhawk because we saw the same problem over and over: online stores were losing sales simply because they couldn't answer customer questions fast enough. Visitors would land on a site, have a question about shipping or sizing, and leave when they couldn't get an instant answer.
Traditional chatbots were either too dumb (scripted responses that frustrated customers) or too expensive (enterprise solutions costing thousands per month). We knew there had to be a better way.
